Labuan FSA Speak Up is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of Labuan FSA for all Labuan FSA entities. Labuan FSA takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation where possible. Reports are completely confidential, and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so.

Labuan FSA Speak Up is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

Bribery
Conflict of Interest
Corruption
Discrimination
Fraud
Theft
Violation of Law and Regulations
Workplace Grievance
