Hartalega Speak Up is an independent whistleblowing channel managed by Deloitte on behalf of Hartalega for all Hartalega entities.

Hartalega takes whistleblowing seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation where possible. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so. Hartalega Speak Up is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

Abuse of Power or Position
Breach of Code of Conduct and Ethics (CoCE) and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policies
Bribery / Corruption
Conflict of Interest
Fraud, Theft and Misappropriation of Assets
Insider Trading
